Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We accept returns only for defective or damaged products. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, damage, or error, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, sizing issues, or cosmetic preferences, and we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order.

How to request a return for a defective item:

To start a return, please contact us at KaijuNailsmgmt@gmail.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the defect or damage

  • A brief description of the issue

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Subscription's cannot be refunded once an order is placed. 

Non-returnable items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, beauty and personal care products are non-returnable unless they arrive defective.
